Hi everyone! I'm new to the forum and the world of AAS. I'm 39 years old, 6'0" and 202 lbs 15 pbf. I've been an athlete most of my life, playing mostly competitive hockey. I've been back to the gym now, 5 days a week for the last 3 months and loving it! My goals are to build more size and more definition. I've been watch lots of Dylan's videos on YouTube and made the jump to the forums. Just want to say thanks in advance for all the help I'll be asking for, lol.
