Hi everybody, just found this forum a few days ago and have been trying to take in as much info as possible. Seems like a lot of good info and helpful members on here. I just wanted to say what's up and say thanks to all the contributors before I start delving into everything deeper. I'm pretty new to training and had a pretty bad accident a couple years ago that kept me from being able to work-out like I want. Thankfully, things are starting to move in the right direction with all the physical therapy and recovery and I'm ready to really fulfill my true potential and get the body/strength I've always wanted. Definitely interested in learning more about these SARMS and if they would be a good move for me.
Age: 33
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 170-175
Body fat %: 13-14
Years of training: 2
Complete cycle history (compounds, doses, lengths of time, when they were run): None, never done a cycle of anything
PCT for each cycle
Goals: I'd like to get down to 8-10% bf and I'd like to build some muscle and get my weight up around 200. Not looking to compete in anything and don't need to be the most jacked guy in the world
Supplements (if any): I take a tablespoon of mct oil in the morning and a scoop of pre-workout about half the time before workouts
General idea of nutrition (any food allergies???): Nutrition and diet are ok but definitely could be better. I have a seasonal job that's pretty physically taxing and I get lazy about always getting good quality food sometimes (I know, excuses). During the winter though my diet is locked in
From what I've seen so far i'm wondering if a stack of Ostarine or LGD and GW might work well for me. I'd like to have good overall endurance and build some muscle. I know changes take time and I'm willing to put in the time and effort to get results so would probably start off with a light dosage to establish my tolerance for these products.
