I just woke up, I am definatly taking all this advice on board. Bare with me as I am clearly horrible at research and absorbing written information. I always have been. Once someone explains it to me and gets my head around a topic, I am usually good..... But it always takes time unfortunalty.... I will probably have a bunch of stupid questions. lol. So to begin with lets get myself to 12% body fat. Any help with this would be much appreciated.
I get my VLA test done on Saturday, So I will have an updated version of my most recent body fat percentage. When I was training properly I used to hold around 12%, but haven't really tracked my body fat % to much in awhile.... I'm probably 24% at this point, maybe a little bit better or a little bit worse. Due to a bulging disc I've not been training 100% for some time. The last three months I've started to get back into training properly as Im at a point where I can train again.... Diet has obviously been off.
Planning the first cycle / trying to get my head around it,
Obviously this is once I am at 12% body fat.
Notes: Avoid clenbuterol in general, Sustanon for a first cycle is bad. and by the sounds of it Dbol would be best avoided.
If I do take DBOL for the first 4 weeks of the course , with lets say Test Enanthate when I stop at the 4 week point, do I need to up the injectable a little to compensate or was that just crazy talk?

***Weeks 1-10 – 500mg/week Test Enanthate ( maybe a lower dose? suggested by rayrich1129 )
Weeks 1-12 – 0.25mg Arimidex EOD
Weeks 13-14 – Nolva 20mg/twice daily
Weeks 15-16 – Nolva 20mg/day*****
I'll look at sourcing Aromasin eod instead of arimidex as suggested by rayrich1129. Sourcing any of this stuff here will take a bunch of time anyways. So getting to 12% will give me something to do.
Nutrobal (Mk-677) is this still crazy to do at the moment? I assume it is until I get to 12% but I thought I would ask.
or any peptides that would aid in my mission to 12% body fat.
