Hi all
This is my first post and just looking for advice
I have cycle several times and in the last year had 2 cycles with pct
last October a 12 week test deca cycle 250 test and 200 deca plus pct
This July test tren cycle 250 test 300 tren plus pct

Welcome to the board....Are you sure about that weight? After 2 cycles?

But I have done cycles in the past this is just this year and wanted to really try hard to loose a little bf
ive been training for 20 years on and off work got in the way
but im able to workout 5 days a week
any help would be great

i can definitely help you with this bro... i love the combinations you picked but we need to set it up properly and get you moving towards your goals.. im adding GW501516 to the stack as well as Rad140.. You're still really light for your height. You haven't mentioned any goals aside from losing BF, so it's hard to help you.
 
Hi EZ I'd love to put on maybe 10lb of good lean weight and still keep my
10 % bf but I really find it hard to add
I was 9stone 2 years ago so a goal would be to add a little more maybe a blast and cruise added into it would be nice to consider

Also if i don't know if I can add too much weight would look out of place on my frame I've always been skinny but strength is good
My bench is pretty good for my size
135 kg max at the moment 60 kg a side would be a nice goal to get to

You should be able to do that with the right nutrition. What's your diet look like?
 
My diet involves 2 shakes and chicken and rice or pasta , Greek yogurt and protein powder mixed in maybe a bar also fruit and veg fish with ryvites with peanut butter Not a great diet but I find it hard to eat more
This needs to be looked at ?

That tells me nothing. Post like this:

Meal 1

● 8oz eggwhites
● 2 whole eggs
● 1 c oats


Meal 2

● 8.5oz lean meat
● 6oz greens

Etc.

Yeah your diet does have to be overlooked. At your hight you should be heavier. My option is your foundation could be better, once you come off you will have a extremely hard time keeping gainz. But you have come to the right place for guidance!

EZ is asking the right question here...

Diet clearly would help you greatly with goals. He can help you dial it in. You would optimize your gains with optimum nutrition

Protein flapjack
2 rye crisp bread with peanut butter
With a protein shake
And banana
2 whole boiled eggs with cottage cheese

A chicken breast with brown rice
And a yogurt and apple

Protein flapjack

Cod fillet and salad with cous cous or chicken

A protein shake before bed ?

I know it's bad but I need a help with this but am afraid to put on any belly fat

You defnitely need a lot of diet help bro. You need to be tracking your macros and getting everything in the proper ratios.

I wouldn't say rubbish but you need a lot of work.

Look @ my post; specific amounts of each item. "1 chicken breast" could be anything. How much cottage cheese? How much peanut butter? How much brown rice?

You have A LOT of sugar in there....
