Hi guys, I need advice. I’m new here and don’t know what to do.
Now I am cutting and started test e this night and tbol last week. The question is, should I remain in a deficit and continue doing cardio and cut on this cycle or is that a waste. My goals for the most part are to get shredded but at the same time I can't help but think I'm wasting my first cycle by not reaping the size and strength gains by remaining in a deficit.

Maybe I should up my calories to maintenance levels, add 6th day of lifting and drop back the cardio to 3 days a week? And then slowly drop calories and add more cardio back in the second half when I add in the winstrol. Your opinions?

You need to post your full stats. This is really a question you should have asked before starting.
 
thats all trial and error and all dependent upon what you want to accomplish, at least to what extent... steroids will help preserve muscle, even in a deficit, so no, it would not be a waste unless you are eating at an extremely large deficit
 
What is your full stats and experience bud? You can use any compound for any goal, so there's no such thing as a waste....even though some may be better than others
 
6 days of lifting doesn’t do good for me I need at least two days of rest a week

Absolutely bro. I think anything over 5 days is too much if you train like you're supposed to train. My body NEEDS that recovery time on the weekend....not just a day. There's no fucking way with the way I train
 
Ya that’s somthing it took me awhile to learn that more training isn’t always better, rest is key I train high volume super sets and drop sets while increasing weight. Train like a beast to become one !

ive always done 5 days but i cut it down to 4 and just do one body part per day because im doing cardio 6 days a week and then yard work the 7th day so there's not much rest period for me regardless...

Ha ya I need at least a day to dedicate to the wife’s constant list making also lol. If I come in on 6th day it’s usually juts for cardio and abs and cuz I’m bored lol
 
In answer to your question, anytime you are looking to cut, you need to be in a defecit.....period. It doesn't matter if you are on cycle or not

If youre looking to cut aas can be great for it but you need to know how your body reacts to differing nutrition approaches. When you use aas you can consume more calories. So you can eat more but still be under maintenance and use the muscle saving benefits of aas. You can only learn how ur react through trial and error
