So I'll just get right to it. I'm 5ft 11in and 195 lbs. Still trying to make it to that 200 lb mark and I'm almost there. I'm 13 percent bf. Been on Evo for about 2 months now lol and boy is that place messed up. I already see right through there propaganda and lies trying to rep there products. Sarms1 is a garbage. Noguard is just ridiculous. If you question either of those the mods get very defensive. Oh and last but not least Ag-guys, what a freaking joke. Needless to say I'm glad to be here and thank you all for having me. Hopefully I can contribute in some way.
