Weight: 93kg (bulking, abs still visible)
Body fat %: Around 14% according to my doctor.
Years of training: Started at 18 (Eating counting macros daily for over 2 years now - My physic changed incredible after this change).
Complete cycle history (1st cycle was Test only, followed dylans advise, did bw and everything was ok, my second cycle was test & var - i know dylan hates var but i play soccer and i didnt want any joint pain or sides that winstrol gives, anavar gave me 0 sides while on it with test).
PCT for each cycle: Clomid @ 75/50/50/50 & Nolvadex @ 40/20/20/20
Goals: Cutting. I dont want any water retention, nor getting bigger in no time (im already kinda huge so all i want is a more defined look)
Supplements (if any): protein whenever i dont hit my macros, 5g of creatine, a preworkout with caffeine if im usseless (decaff if not), fish oil daily and a multivitamin.
General idea of nutrition: macroing daily, have a woman that cooks at my house and she preps me my meals. Got used to myfitnesspal and macroing got easy after that.
Any other relevant info (injuries, surgeries you've had, etc.): I play soccer here in Argentina, i CANT BUY SARMs on the site cause our border customs block them and they wont get delivered - Argentina sucks in terms of that.
I was wondering wich kind of cycle do you guys recommend me. Im scared of winstrol but i know Dylan loves it.
Im going for Test E (pins twice a week) + 1 more compound.
What would you recommend me?
