New bulk cycle about to start.

I'll try to lay out how I'm going to do this and some stats.

5'10" 205 dont know body fat but in the morning I can see slight abs haha. A few cycles done. Mostly just test and var, or dbol. On trt so no pct needed.

Max bench was 405 2x. Now probably 375x5. I have a really bad neck and ankle so no deadlifts and light squats.

This cycle will be to add strength and mass. There will be some water but hopefully not too bad.

Test 1000mg pw
First 3 weeks will be npp deca mix @ 375mg pw then 6 weeks of npp @ 375mg pw
Dbol will be only 10mg a day only on workout days as a preworkout. I've used this method before and works nice to get big pumps without too much bloat.

Will be running ai and caber throughout.

Productso are tri star mix by radjay. Test by radjay. Npp by Xeno.

man that's a lot of test... honestly COMPLETELY unnecessary to go that high... npp dose looks good... what is your goal from the cycle?? straight bulk? recomp?
 
I've run test that high a few times. My body responds well. I've run 1175 for a couple weeks to try. That made no difference than 1000.

My goals are straight strength and size. I will be trying to eat decent and keep from adding a lot of fat. I got the Xeno npp free so I figured I would give it a try and do a small cycle and then when it gets cooler out do my first tren cycle.

Trying to work with what I have layin around and put it to use hahaha.

i think npp will treat you well... xeno has a very high quality product so you should see very nice results... are you running any orals or just the low dose dbol?
 
I will be also running 20mg proviron ed. But other than that just low dose dbol. Trying to stay away from orals for a bit to make sure I'm healthy and clean for my beast test, tren, and an oral cycle. (Still haven't decided yet)
 
I may try to do some workout action vids since pics are so subjective. When I go for maxes, Ill try to have recorded by my wife. I know I'm not the strongest and best body tho.
 
Bro I feel your enthusiasm lol but with those stats excuse me if I offend you but something is missing here. Sure a gram of test is a great but lean in this advice for a minute ... Even if you choose that much test work up to it, you don't want to be the smallest guy in the gym taking 2g of test a week with nothing to show because that's where your headed bro. Build more muscle foundation period..the way you're going how will you progress with that much test? Most guys I know that use a gram a week are near or over the 300 pound mark some at 8% and some at 15% bf. With your stats 500mg of quality test per week should support your needs and more. I like to see and feel excited young men wanting to conquer the world but don't abuse yourself. Anyways if I'm wrong forgive me. Just play it safe and best of luck

I'm not a "big" guy. Never have been. Never want to be. I'm running 600mg of test now and feel that is almost normal cause I've been on trt for years. My body likes high test. I up my dose when needed. I've run 1000mg a few times. Maybe it's under dosed. I don't really want to ever go over 225 pounds. I hit 228 my last cycle tho and then cut the dbol and went back down to 500mg test used winny. Now back to 205 pounds. Kept most of my strength.

I'm not a pro body builder. Just enjoying the journey.

Just remember this : diet:70% , training: 25%, Aas: 5%.. The numbers could fluctuate but not much. Could go into detail but in a nut shell you get the idea. This is what success in this arena comes down to. Excited to see how your journey goes keep us posted!

Thank you bro. I'll try to keep updating. Waiting on my aromasin and caber to get here. Then it's on ;)

It sounds like you respond to test like me buddy. I prefer to run it high as well, and I'll be doing 900mg this winter. If you get great results without the estrogen sides like me, then I don't see a problem. Everyone is a little different. Cycle looks pretty decent to me, and should treat you well. Just make sure to control that prolactin and estrogen with the right ancillaries

Great plan man. That's exactly how I handle things as well. You don't want to cycle without having your supports in place
 
Sounds good man. Im sure youll definitely be seeing strength gains fairly quickly. What is your diet like though? From what I understand youre after strength, which is fine. Im just curious to hear what kinda calories you eat and what the breakdown is. Maybe I overlooked that part but I definitely agree with franco in that diet is so often minimalized in so many different arenas.

Two athletes with identical athletic skill and ability are differentiated by slight fluctuations in diet that could curb their performance in either direction.

Honestly diet is my weak points. I never could quite understand how to Calc calories or any of that stuff. I try to eat decent and meat for protein and a shake mid day.

Google "macros for bulking"

There are calculators that can help give an idea of what your total caloric intake should be and what percentage of protein carbs and fat will help you reach your goals.
Chances are you probably dont take in enough calories or the RIGHT kind of calories and proportions to properly fuel your body. Its a science... one that I do a lot of research on but still have MUCH to learn.

What helps me most is food prepping- cooking my meals in advance to keep on hand. You should try it out, plus you will most likely save a ton of money

this is the most important aspect of all this though brother... what i would recommend is going to the diet section and posting your current diet, give your goals etc. and let us all tweak it and fix it for you because if this is not on point, it completely defeats the purpose of all this... its VERY difficult to get right but let us help you fix this so you can not only achieve your goals but also surpass them...
