Hello Dylan big fan of your videos I'm a 24 year old male, height 5 '11' and I weight 243 pounds right now. I have been weight lifting for 3 years, I have great genetics for muscle building but I used to be very fat almost 300 pounds when I was younger and my metabolism is really slow. I was able to drop to 180 pounds on my own and I joined the US Army National Guard were I still serve. Last year I fell off track with my diet because I was very busy with work and college and 3 months ago I started lifting again but I would like to use steroids or sarms to cut and also get more endurance for the Army physical test since they already called me out for being overweight and even though I pass the pushups and situps event I'm doing almost 19 minutes the 2 mile and I need to do 16. So I would like to get your advice on what cycle should I use or what to do. I already have my diet and training on point and I'm running 4 times a week and I started running 2 weeks ago. My macros are 250 gm of carbs, 150 protein and 70 fat for a total of 2100 calories. I would appreciate your help.
