Need help starting first cycle

Hi Dylan,

I've been checking out your videos on YouTube. Thank you for making them. Very informative. I've been training in the gym for the past 16 years naturally.

I am currently 38 years old, 5'9 190pounds currently on a higher fat % of 17.

I know you stated to use test only on first cycle in your videos and I agree. I was thinking of a 10 week cycle not including the pct.

Question
Which testosterone do you recommend and at what level. I was thinking low 250 per week or 1cc or 300? with armidex .5 eod Also I was thinking to run clen with it 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. I know your not a fan of it. Any other replacement? Or dnp something to help burn the fat more effective? I already do 30 to 45 min cardio on weight days and 1 hour on non weight days 7 days a week but the fat is coming off really really slow. My cal currently around 1300. I would say I have a endomorph body type so I watch my carbs.

Also what should my intake cal and macros be once I start testosterone same? Or up the protein
 
Can you tell me what clen and DNP do? Tell me how they will benefit you.
 
brother... i cannot possibly recommend steroid use to you... your body fat is too high for one... you need to be in the 12-13% range but what is more bothersome s that you are only eating 1300 calories per day... you are going to stall out your metabolism and never lose weight starving yourself.. bro if you actualy feel like risking your life with dnp, go for it... i wont even discuss that with anyone... it can fucking kill you... one mistake that you make man... so if you think the reward outweighs the risk, by all means, go for it but i wan nothing to do with that... steroids are NOT fat burners and not used to drop large amounts of weight... what exactly are your goals?

You are not in the right shape for steroid use, and I wouldn't advise DNP to anyone in the world. That stuff is far too dangerous and could kill you. Clen is not something you want to use either. Your diet has some serious holes in it, and that caloric level is not going to work. You really need to restructure things.

Have you looked into sarms? That's going to be a far better effctive option for you when it comes to fat burning
 
17% is too high for sure, also Dnp inhibits ATP production and it's practically impossible to gain muscle while at the same time telling your body to use all it's energy to radiate heat instead. Those drugs you're throwing out there are SUPER dangerous man please be careful
