my estrogen level is 60pg/ml.age 19+.so how long should i run exemestane??

i run a cycle of test-e 500 per week for 1 month along with deca-500
but i did'nt do my pct
now i checked my estrogen level was 60 pg/ml/....baseline is 20-40 pg/ml
and my test got lower to 560...
so i am running tamoxifen citrate for 15 days..i think my testosterone is getting bigger in number.but with this high estrogen it will be low again...so i ordered exemestane 25 mg...
so now the question is how long should i use exemestane??
i am thinking of taking 12.5 mg every other day
but i dont know how fast my estrogen levels will get in normal range..so if you guys can help me that would be very helpful..

Instead of blindly asking questions Arijit Saha, I recommend you seriously take a day, or two and read up on Dylans PCT related articles/posts here and watch his videos as well. Blindly taking things to get bigger and not being prepared for the consequences is a lose/lose situation brother. You're just pissing in the wind right now thinking it's raining the way you're going about things and at age 19 taking anabolics I see why this has happened. Anything worth doing is worth planning bro. Make a plan ASAP and then get back with us. At a minimum you should start this immediately:

clomid: doses are per week 50/25/25/25
gw-501516: 20 mg day for two weeks

You may very well need this:
clomid: 50/50/25/25
nolvadex: 40/20/20/20
aromasin: 12.5 mg eod
mk-2866: 25 mg day
gw-501516: 20 mg day

bro, noone is going to make fun of you because of your english, don't worry but you are going to get some tough love... why on earth would you run a cycle and not run a pct... one of the main rules when running a cycle is to know and have IN HAND all of your pct products OR YOU DON"T START... i hope you learned a lesson because now you have set yourself back substantially and recovery is going to be much harder, especially with elevated estrogen... this would not have happened with a proper pct... your pct is very very inadequate and not going to do a thing... at this point, you need an 8 week pct... 4 weeks will not be enough.. i have a link for you to get everything you need and YES, it can all be shipped to you there with no problems... you need to get TWO of these for an 8 week pct... here is the link and the layout... https://www.sarmsx.com/index.php?route=product/search&search=platinum

in india aromasin cost around 4800 indian rupees..so can i take other indian brand exemestane??

Also, you cannot pinch pennies, or rupees if you are going to dabble in AAS use. It would've have been much better to have saved up for everything you would need (PCT included) than to jump in head first and ill prepared like you did.

You need to run the pct posted above bro. This is why you don't run steroids until you are ready, have done all the necessary research, and have your ancillaries and pct on hand before ever starting. This was a setup for failure from the beginning.

Take it as a learning experience, but it's time to do what's right from here forward

You apparently do have the ability to get blood work done where you are, so moving forward:
No one can tell you exactly what your testosterone levels should be, ballpark yes, but not exact. Run the pct as advised above. A few weeks after completion get a bloodwork write up done. Report that back to us to look at. From there, run another prior to your next cycle, again mid cycle, then again after your next pct. This is how it's done and how you will be informed and know if something is out of sync.

What were your testosterone levels at when you got your estrogen checked? Unless I missed that somewhere.
