My energy levels in the gym have been pretty good, the SR helps I'm sure as well as preworkout. I have a pretty sedentary job so my energy expenditure during the day is low unless I'm teaching fitness classes. Would a carb filled pre workout meal be sufficient than? Maybe a cup or two of pasta.

I do a carb meal PreWO and PostWO about 50 grams of carbs each. Then I limit my carb intake through out the day

Omg what? No bro. If you are cutting you dont eat pasta u dont rice or potatoes or hardly any carbs at all. Your carbs at the minimum shoukd be less than 75g a day. Probly even less. And 2 cups of pasta is like 85g. And thats not including all the carbs u injest u probly dont even know about.

Everyone is different, man. I reached contest conditioning on over 300 grams of carbs. I had striated glutes and all. I was also doing WAY too much cardio, so that could have had something to do with it lol. Not to mention this was 5 years ago and I was a bit younger :D.
