Lying Leg Curls

Still hot and horrible. Took a different approach today
First 2 exercises worked 'up the rack' style (1 plate or the next jump in weight on dumbbells etc)

Hammer Curls
to 30kg x 8 and then 10kg x 20

Standing BB Wrist Curls
to 112.5kg/247.5lbs x 8 (loose). D/S 60kg/132lbs x 20 and then BS x 40 flexes
