How long should Mk-677 be ran? I'm reading long term, but others say anywhere from 8-16 weeks so not 100% sure. Have been reading various forums/watchign videos.
at least a six months.. 8-16 weeks? thats pointless.. save your money read the studies on it and how its effective in time frames... ive posted them many times...
