Mk-2866

Hello friends,

I'm currently 27 and weight about 47-48kgs which is very under weight.

I do consume some protein shakes during my gym routine but it seems like it doesn't help much.

So I've decided to go for some extra boost in hopes that i can stop being that skinny dude.

My local dealer introduced me to MK-2866 and today is the 2nd day I'm taking it.

Here are some quick questions.

What can I expect from taking MK-2866? I'm new to all these things tbh.

What is the best time to consume it? Before or after my gym session?

What is the estimated time for me to start seeing some results?

Many thanks in advance !

Hey bro... there are quite a few issues here...

first of all, how tall are you? 47kg is kind of scary... the problem here is clearly your diet! Drinking a couple of shakes is NOT the solution... you need to calculate your TDEE and adjust your diet

You can calculate it here:
https://tdeecalculator.net

Maybe you can post your diet so we can help you make some changes...

Sarms can definitely help you but you need to understand that they’re not magic pills...if you don’t eat enough, MK will do NOTHING for you..!
Lastly, are you sure you have legit MK? I would never trust a “local dealer”... sarms are easily faked and if you don’t go with a trusted source, you have no idea what you’re actually taking...

Hey !

Thanks for the reply.

Well I'm about 175-ish cm. And yeah. I look like a stick lol. =\

My diet is messed up. As I'm working as shifts so sticking to a decent meal schedule is kinda tough for me. But I do try to eat as much high protein and carbs food whenever I can.

About the legitimately, I can't confirm tho. It's from Bioscience on the label and I got it off from the internet and the review of the dealer is quite good.

It's kinda difficult to get it in my country as I believe it's not legal? =\

I’ve never heard about Bioscience bro so I can’t comment on quality... from my experience, sarmsx has the best quality sarms and they ship worldwide with no problem...

I know it’s tough for you to stick to a diet if you’re working shifts, but, trust me, we all work and if all of this is really important for you, you’ll find time to eat... I can’t stress enough the importance of your diet here bro... everything else is secondary. The advice I can give you is to calculate your TDEE and then go over your current diet and calculate total caloric intake and macros...

Hey bro.

Sarmsx is all about injection based right?

I'm currently taking oral based. Kinda scared to inject stuff into my body tbh. Especially from local dealers lol =\

So I'm not really that sure about the efficiency of oral stuffs.

Ok based on the site you provided, it stated that i need about 1600 calories per day being sedentary and about 2000 calories having moderate exercise.

Macros would be 190g protein 99g fats 222g carbs.

I'm also taking Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass but only with one scoop with is about 625 calories, 25g protein and 125g carbs.

What other intake that you would recommend?

Thanks again bro.

It’s difficult to really know what exactly you have brother.. sarms are so easily faked...

Going back to your diet, that is the main issue...
based on your age (27), height (175cm), weight (48kg) and a sedentary job, training twice per week, your maintenance calories are 1970 per day...

If you want to gain size, you need to eat at a caloric surplus... typically you aim for a 500kcal surplus... so you should be eating between 2400 and 2500kcal daily...

Next thing you need to do is figure out your macros.. my advice is to eat 1.5g of protein per lbs.... 20% of your caloric intake from fats.. and fill the rest with carbs (good carbs obviously!)

That equates to:
160g protein
55g fat
300g carbs

Go through your current diet and make a few changes bro.. if you’re not eating enough calories and if you’re not eating the right food, you won’t grow, even if you take sarms...

Here are a few examples of good quality foods:

Carbs: rice, sweet potatoes,oats, vegetables...
Protein: whey, chicken, lean beef, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, eggs, milk...
Healthy fats: olive oil, walnuts, almonds, avocados, peanut butter...

Thanks for all the advice bros.

I'll try to stick to a decent diet plan and see how things go.

Will update the progress here if there's noticeable changes. XD
