No one here messes with it. Insulin would be far superior. Unless you're competing or have a coach you shouldn't really be messing with it. That's advanced level shit that someone like a coach has to advise you on and monitor. It's not something you learn on the internet.
Probably not. It’s a possibility of helping but can also just help with making you fat.
