Hi everyone, I just received my Igd and mk2866 and I just want to make sure I am dosing correctly. Does 1.0ml equals 10mg. Just want to get this right as I am supposed take 10mg lgd and 25mg mk2866.

Concentration should be listed right there on the bottle bro. It's quite simple

LGD is 10mg per ml, so 1ml is your dose

MK-2866 is 50mg per ml so 0.5ml is your dose to get 25mg
