In terms in experience I am not a body builder by any means just an in shape person who likes to work out 4-5 days a week. I really want to keep gaining more muscle mass and lose some body fat at the same time and heard Ligandrol is good for this.

im confused bro, i laid the ENTIRE cycle out for you already with weeks etc... it shows exactly when your using it... i cant make it any easier...

yes, its all orally... nothing is injected whatsoever...
