I have any good luck once with sarm cycle and another time nothing. Currently on a rad 140 with cardazol. I am liking this one so far.
I think some of your expectations might have been a bit high.
However everyone react differently.
I recommend finding a way to track your bf, weight and muscle mass.
Try and always use the same method. Non of them are exact. If you always use the same one you can track progress.
Food for thought.
I have seen my body change regularly 6 lbs in a day. Always try and do your recording at same time of day. Keeping a controlled log will give you more accurate readings.
You had some good progress. It’s a slow process. Your weight increased. You say your muscles got bigger.
And people could see a difference.
That all sounds positive.
Your diet is a huge part of your success. Learn to count your macros and as much about eating for success as possible!
Pushing weight is important but the kitchen is a huge part of quality gains and losses.
