LGD Ostarine cycle + PCT?

Hi, first cycle of anything ever.
Bought a stack of Ostarine, Ligandrol and a tub of whats been named as Orb Pharma PCT Advanced, they have said the third product will do for a PCT, but I have done some research, the main ingredient of PCT Adv is 1 4 AD/Boldione, which is a prohormone requiring a PCT itself?
Other ingredients include zinc and milk thistle, will post full ingredients soon.

This will not do for PCT after all?

60 caps of LGD 4mg and 90 caps of Ostarine 10mg

Week 1, 20mg Osta, 4mg LGD Each day
Wk 2, 20 mg Osta, 4mg LGD
Wk 3, 20mg Osta, 4mg LGD
Wk 4, 20mg Osta, 4mg LGD

Wk5, 20mg Osta, 8mg LGD (2 caps)
Wk 6, 20mg Osta, 8mg LGD
Wk 7, Day 1: 20mg Osta, 8mg LGD.
Day 2 (final day): 30mg Osta , 8mg LGD.


Any tips, improvements, help etc much appreciated, as I said I am very new to all this.

I dont plan on doing so thats why I posted to ask you see, do you think I should ditch the "PCT Advanced" capsules and get something else for the PCT?

Could you give me any recommendations as to a good all in one type formula for my pct rather than buying 5 or 6 different things by any chance?

i would not just ditch your pct which IS NOT a pct whatsoever but you need to ditch everything because those are not real sarms either... you are going to end up learning a hard lesson that is completely fucked up because you are led to believe you are purchasing sarms, which in fact, you are not

ask yourself this question... androsta is for estrogen control yet its also shown to be suppressive... why on earth would that be present in this product?? there should be NOTHING present but the actual sarm itself... why would a compound that DOES NOT convert to estrogen NOR have any methylation require all these ingredients???

The LGD and Osta are both separate products, friends told me they are both legit, its the "PCT Advanced" bottle that Im going to dump, not the actual PCT itself,
So I was wondering can one of you recommend me a good all in one PCT product? Or a list of singular products I need to get?

they are NOT legit whatsoever... you need a full pct... you are using pro hormones... thats clear as day... it does not take a rocket scientist to see that man... LOL whoever told you these are legit is someone you should not associate with when it comes to things like this because they are going to get you hurt...

when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for... GW and MK prevent the rise in cortisol... not only that but they keep you performing at a level you were while on cycle being the ultimate performance enhancers they are... on top of the fact that mk2866 is the ultimate for healing and recovery, which is imperative in pct as well as keeping strength up to a very high level... gw will also treat cholesterol and blood pressure, which are definitely things that need addressed in pct as well…

most recommend 90 days for lgd. I know my 12 week feels much better than my 8 week
