was thinking of running an LGD only cycle for recomp.
Currently 6'0
wake up weight 190lbs
Body fat around 15%
Have done one successful Test E only cycle where i gained a little more fat than I wanted to (gained a total of 15lbs and kept all of it) and trying to do a recomp w LGD only.
Trying to stay as close to 190 as possible while losing as much fat as I can while simultaneously gaining muscle.
Just wondering if anyone had any ideas about how LGD as a stand alone for recomp will work?
What's the PCT for LGD only? Do I need any on cycle support?
Another question, should I stack w s4 && GW?
Whats the on cycle support and PCT for this stack?
I plan on eating as clean as possible and hopefully ending up around 8-10% bodyfat

have never used SARMs which is why I was thinking about just doing LGD by itself, is this a waste of time and money? Should I just go all out?
