Will be doing osta and lgd,because of budget I will most likely be doing 8 weeks unless I choose otherwise before my cycle ends, and was curious if I could do 5 mg lgd Ed? Or should I just start at 10 mg lgd Ed ?if 5 is fine I want to add another sarm but if i do 10 I would need another bottle of lgd. For pct ID honestly like to go nolva and clomid , but if it's in fact OK that clomid only is enough that would be nice. But if I were to decide on clomid nolva what would I dose it at? And do I need anything on hand in case of the chace of gyno or anything of that sort? Any advice is much appreciated ,thanks!

bro ive said this a million times... run lgd 10 mg the entire cycle... do not start at 5... YOU DO NOT NEED TWO SERMS with sarms... not at all... here is the cycle layout
1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

Take them both individually but both in the am. Like Dylan alluded to, you don't need two serms for SARMS PCT. clomid will suffice

There should be no concern at all of that on sarms, but it's a good idea to have an AI on hand always. In very rare circumstances, those that are Gyno prone may require a low aromasin dose

if for some reason there was any sort of gyno irritation, use aromasin at 12.5 mg eod... you can still run it during the cycle if you have concerns but scale it back to every 3 days... or 6.25 mg every other day... you can get the aromasin at www.sarmsx.com as well...
No it does not matter. In some rare cases people will get some stomach discomfort when dosing on an empty stomach, but most people do not get this. I personally dose mine on an empty stomach and always have. Do what works best for you

Dylan gave you the proper protocol. Aromasin is what you want, and a low dose of about 7.5mg EOD should be more than plenty to control it if it's needed

you have access to both at www.sarmsx.com bro... aromasin and arimidex are both anti estrogens but far different... aromasin is superior... i would highly recommend going with it over arimidex...
Arimadex can be taken instead, but aromasin is a far better option. It's also lipid friendly and gives nice benefits like IGF increase and lowering SHBG, as well as enhancing libido. I would get some of that and you can get it at www.sarmsx.com
