Is this method good for losing that last layer of stubborn fat? it works by fasting for 16 hours and getting all your macros in a small window but i am a bit concerned of losing gains that why i want to see your shot on it guys
Check out my thread on it bro. Intermittent fasting works very well for some people, but it's not for everyone. I personally think it's a great tool, and that thread will help,debunk some of the broscience out there about losing gains while on it
