How to test steroids with a blood check

Hello everyone,

I'm new on this forum and i'm very grateful that i found Dylan on Youtube before taking steroids for the first time. Even though i'm still studying before my first cycle he already saved me from doing so many stupids mistakes.

I'm full natty right now but i'm 32 and i definitely reached my natural limit lifting for years, even considering that i'm really well educated when it comes to natural BB.

BB is my passion and life and i decided that i want to take steroids to become the best i can become given that i cannot overcome my actual platou in any possible way.

Even though i'm quite eager to make my first cycle i'm studying passionately this topic (better being safe then sorry).

Nontheless something that really concerns me is how testing the steroids.

I have understood that the only safe way to determine if a compound is real or fake is through blood tests.

With that said though online i can find only generic sources that, at best, give you a VERY general idea of the blood tests you should run.

Ok... i understood that i have to know my:

HPTA
LH
FSH
Total Testosterone
Free Testosterone
Estradiol
RBC
Glucose
Blood urea nitrgogen
chreatinin
HDL/LDL
AST
ALT

Ok... so far so good...

But then what?

Can anybody help me to understand how every single compound affects the blood tests?

I'll definitely seek for the help of a doctor before starting this journey but i won-t feel safe as long as i won't have a solid grasp on all the topics concerning steroids and the point of this question is one of the topics that worry me the most.

I understand that for many of you this question is probably stupid but please understand that i'm a total newbie in this word.

The only things that i know are the things that i red and i studied.

Cheers

Welcome to the board and kudos for doing homework B4 starting.

A few points I will make;

A) These 2 quotes are 1,000% WRONG:
"i definitely reached my natural limit lifting for years"
"i cannot overcome my actual platou in any possible way."

ESPECIALLY at 32 years old. Making changes when needed to diet, training, supps will jump start results. And you need to change these on a regular basis as needed.

As far as testing gear I have used Dave Palumbo's kit in the past.

We need your full stats, experience and goals before we can help you. I will say that for you to think you have reached your natural genetic limit at 32 is not likely at all. Provide the requested info if you'd like cycle advice

yes probably i didn't express myself clearly.

I'm 1,95 (6,4) and i weight 95 kg with 8% body fat.

Regardless the fact that in the mirror i look really well for the average Joe i don't like my results. At least i don't feel fulfilled, let's say it this way.

I stated that i reached my natural limit not because this is necessarily scientifically true but even with:

- exercises executed with maniacal focus on the correct execution
- maniacal diet and supplementation
- and sleeping enough

My stress level are always very high due to my job.

I do meditate quite a lot but i really feel like, if i want to achieve my goals, i need to go one step further.

So i don't feel like i'm going to make significant gains in the future being realistic.

My goal is to look like a Men's Physique on stage.

I'm fully aware that i might not be able to reach that level depending on how my body is going to respond at the compounds and that this kind of shape is not sustainable all year long.

But i'd like to try to get to that level at least once in my life.

With that said i'm still studying intensely because i don't want to mess with my health, or at least i want to remain as healthy as possible in this journey.

I red a lot about how to test the compounds and i just found a lot of Bro's science.

I have seen the Dave Palumbo's kit but to be honest, as an online marketer, it looks quite dodgy to me (maybe i'm wrong).

I would like to be sure about the kind of compounds i'm going to use.

The problem is that i find very difficult to find reliable sources that go deep in details.

I mean...

I'm sure that:

If i run test (and here i'm not even speaking about the dosage) the blood tests are going to be modified in a certain way.

If i run Deca i should expect different results.

And if i run test and deca together the results are going to be different again

(The names of the compounds are just an example)

Right now i'm struggling to find any reliable source offering this kind of information starting from a medical point o view.

Do you know if i can find these kind of information somewhere online or in some books.

If i decide to step in this journey i'm going to do it with the help of a doctor but i don't want to trust the doctor blindly and i'd prefer to make this step, if it will be done, knowing what i'm doing from A to Z

Well bro, first cycle is always test only. No other compounds. There are also sarms which are a good way to step into the world of performance enhancers

If you're 209 and 8% bodyfat you have the same stats as IFBB Pro's (even though you're taller)

Can you post a picture?

Why is your diet maniacal? The KISS principal is typically the best protocol.

Compounds are only a small part if the goal. Are there better choices than other for certain goals; yes. But it comes down to diet & training. Changing those are more applicable to different results.

Palumbo's kit works that's why I mentioned it.

Yes Rick Rock i know that the first cycle has to mandatory be only of test.

To be honest, speaking about Sarms i have seen that some people are fully "pro-sarms" and other totally dismiss them due to the lack of regulation when it comes to produce them.

I'm not sure EX_E... about the IFBB Pros to be honest. I never wanted to be on stage so i don't follow the american competitions that much.

With that said, even though i have been training for 18 years (i started training at 14) my height makes me always look very mediocre compared to top guys (at least the ones i consider top).

If you consider that i'm

1,95 x 95 kg

and Jeff Seid is

1,83 x 92/95 kg

And you take in consideration the fact that he's at 6% body fat (i have seen that online they states 7 but i believe is 6, if not 5 on stage) and shorter, you can clearly see that there is a massive difference between him and me.

As i said i never wanted to be on stage.

I'd just like to see if i can get in that kind of condition, at least once in a lifetime.

Speaking about the pics i'd rather prefer to not link pics on a forum that speaks about steroids, given that part of my incomes come from being a PT for natural lifters and i have a couple of tatoos.

But trust me, i'm not going to fill the gap between me and a guy like Seid naturally, at least if nothing changes in the science of natural bodybuilding.

I'm actually already quite gifted, but not that much.

What i'm trying to figure out is how to do it without taking the wrong compounds.

And one thing that actually scares me quite a lot, when i think about taking steroids, is actually related to this question.

One piece of the puzzle is how to understand if the gear is legit.

But another piece is... who is really able to say, scientifically, what's the best PCT after a cycle if the blood test results that you should expect after a cycle are not clear?

I feel like this issue (alteration of your blood stats and PCT) should be known profoundly before running a cycle.

So i don't understand if this is some knowledge that coaches and specialised doctors keep for themselves to not give you all the equation and make you "self sufficient" or they don't know either and, it doesn't matter how much you study, steroids will always be a leap of faith

at 6'4" he don't. That's pretty damn skinny. He only weighs 15 lbs more than me at the same bodyfat and he's 7 inches taller. I'm only 5'9"

Losing interest as well;

OP; you're not Jeff Seid and anyone can post anything online.

You are smart to want to get legit products and not bath tub gin. Finding a source that you can trust is on you. If not and if you have this much hesitation about using anabolics then it may not be for you.

Yes i would simply like to know this:

I heard Dylan saying in this video

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B2ytN_yEfo8

that steroids come from the black market. Even though i live in a different country the situation here is the same, i have to find them in the black market as well.

Therefore my necessity to test them.

In the video Dylan mentions that home testing kits have never been proven to be safe and accurate and that the only way to check if a steroid is real is to check it through blood tests.

In the video Dylna says that if the steroid is legit your testosterone levels are going to be way above the normal range.

What i don't understand is this:

Where can i study (if possible) how every compound, or a mix of compounds, is going to affect my blood tests?
