I'm glad you made this video, because a,lot of people don't grasp the concept of what compounds are best for the goals you have, as well as what compounds are best for you as an individual.

exactly bro, and i wanted this to reach as many as possible because this is an everyday question that is always a mess..
 
Love the intensity and passion in this one. I completely get it......when you see the same mistakes being made unnecessarily it is tough. I am glad these videos are out there to help people.

LOLLL i love it... if i had to pick one, if i was forced to, it would be a reeses... those were my favorite... =)

now its quest bars.. bro, i dont know if you eat them but if you do or you want to try, the new blueberry muffin is stupid good... im a big blueberry fan but seriously, its fucking great

thanks brother, just like in everything we do, the key is to always analyze and try to improve... i listen to everyones critiques, never take them personal, and use it to help me try to perfect the craft... i appreciate how you are always 100% behind bro... it means a lot and it really helps tremendously...
