I'm a hard gainer as it is and while yes I can gain if I can't get to the gym or my diet falls off gains start to quickly go away for me, and with my job I'm in the field training a lot out of the year
, so I'm away from the gym and don't have access to the amount of calories I need.. Any ideas how to at least maintain size while I'm out there? or things I can take with the most keepable gains?
