How should I cycle S4 and LGD-4033?

I'm trying to see how long I should take these 2 together and what should the dosages be? I'm 6'1 and weigh 178. I'd love to get around 190 or so of some solid lean muscle and noticeable size. The diet that I'm on is pretty solid for bulking and trying to get lean at the same time. Any suggestions though? Are these a great combination?

lgd is 10mg daily for 12 weeks, S4 50mg daily 25 am, 25mg 5-6 hours later. 12 weeks.

You should also include gw in any cycle.

LGD and S4 is probably the best duo stack you can run... its one of my favorites and i make that no secret... the ultra recomp stack is discounted huge and that would be the best stack... i will show you how to do that... if you dont want to, then just drop the rad and gw and run as is but i assure you, its the best way to surpass your goals...
