You do not get loose skin unless you loose over 50lbs.If you had skin sag then it will re-adjust. If you lost enough weight to get skin sag and yet you have a fast metabolism then why are you fat now????

I think that you are not paying attention to, or keeping track of anything at all and everything that you post comes from your best guess. Problem is that your best guess dont fit with the guys who have been there done that. That old guy is me bro. few years back. Yeah he was on test,deca and eq. 250 sus, 200cyp,200deca,700 eq. But the gear is not what did it. It was strict lifestyle, no fucking around with any bad habits. A very disciplined life is what gives you that look,.. not floating around in a boat with no anchor...up, down, north, south, ...no...put the anchor down. You need stability in your life and a whole lot of discipline. See how easy it is to say a guy looks good cause he is on gear? You are doing the same thing the general public does. Yet you used gear. So why don't you look like that? I guess that leaves out gear doesn't it? You better do some self searching and decide what you want, cause right now you are all over the place. I am not hating on anything. Yes I am scolding you but you asked for advice. I love humankind, and I want the best for everybody and all my bros. I want the best for you too. firstly Respect to a physique like that in your age , its true i said it was gear ...because he was comparing me with you ..however i said you have a great body and fit ..and i guess thats good for you .. tell me about the hard work ..i was once 235 pounds and lost over 50 pounds ..i know to achieve something you need hard work and dedication ..it doesnt come over night ..and if it was easy anyone wouldve done it ..anyway i came here for advice not to argue with people ...but to be honest some people think they know everything ..that guy who posted above .. is acting like he is living inside my body ..he doesnt want to believe that when i start dieting i can drop a pound or 2 in a day ...but he saying its impossible ..really this is funny..anyway your like my dads age so i should give you the same respect ..and sorry for that.

no im not making big assumptions , i will tell you whatsup.. you are just acting like you know everything ..when you really dont ..im sorry to disappoint you..but thats my genetics ..if i diet i drop weight really quickly ..LITERALLY 1 TO 2 pounds daily ..if you have shitty genetics and struggle to drop that in even a week ..thats not my problem ..i came here for advice im not talking out of my fucking ass ...because if i am then "HOW WILL YOU HELP" common man . . it looks like u just want to argue and show people u know shit ... but it doesnt seem to work bro sorry...genetics are different for everyone .. anyway go read more about genetics. im out.

Ok bro...I stand corrected. Now what exactly do you want to know? You first asked about your diet and did not like any answers. Ok..being I do not know much here is what I think of your diet.
Keep at it! It is a good diet. It seems to be working fine. Maybe re-arrange your lifestyl a bit, and work a little harder then party a little less.
 
We be all made suggestions and yet you don't like the recommendations, and don't want to follow them. If your body type is that you gain easily and get fat that quick, you aren't going to lose that much weight easily like you claim. It's impossible. There's just too much that doesn't add up here brother.

Because people lie all the time bro. Guys say thry are 240 and 8% all the time when in reality they arelike 210 and 18% bf w a shit diet. They lie to get the answer they want. That doesnt help anyone. You are probly more than 23% bf. A month a go u were not 10%. Your diet looks that of a bulking one het you only have three meals. That will slow your metabolism even further. You should be eating like 5 small meals to cut. When i say small i mean like 5 egg whites in the am. Thats it. Then meal two 5 oz grilled chicken with 1 cup steamed veggies. Then post workout a shake with water only. Then a nother small meal a couple hours earlier like 1 - 4oz can of tuna and a few pieces of raw vegg loke carrots and celery. Then another small meal. Definatly not fatty steak.

i am not full of shit brother, i dont know why you would think im bullshitting ..firstly i didnt mean cutting out the milk and walnuts will make me loose 7 to 8 pounds a week ..but when i was on only protein and veggies diet i swear to you i was dropping a fucking pound or 2 a day .. you think its good but if you were fat u would know i would litterally loose this much but it would be mostly be of muscle and lil fat .. i run an hour everyday in the morning " steady pace " and afternoon i do my weightlifting which is also an hour .. and yes ive lost more then 50 pounds before and more ..i was really fat about 235 pounds .. dropped to 175 and then i gained 20 pounds and loose and so on thats the problem with me i loose i gain .. im sorry to say this ..but that guy is on alot of gear ..but thats non of my business ..hes old maybe ...but pretty fit .. which is good for him ..but im literally not using anything ..not even fuckin protein shakes ..i used before for sure ..but atm im just trying to drop some weight and clean up with just food ..and i do have skin sag ive been told that it re-adjusts... but im stupid i dont continue eating clean im only 20 years old .." college student" sometimes u just fuck up ..anyway .. the problem with me is that if i eat unhealthy food i gain weight fast like REALLY fast , i diet i loose fast aswell but i loose a huge amount of muscle which can increase the skin sag .. and i am fat now ..because i eat like a mutherfucker ..for 3 weeks i was binging day and night with drinking alcohol included ..and when i say binging i was eating bad shit every hour or 2 ..and now im back to my training routine and posted my diet above i just started today.. and all i needed was some advice ..but what i can see is people are concerned how i gained 10 or 12% bodyfat in 3 weeks ..i explained myself more then once .. someone who was strict dieting and training hard stops everything for some fucked up reason and binges on food and alcohol like i've never had them before ..i feel silly explaining how i gained it ..but all i needed was advice on my diet not what i do in my life or how stupid i was to do what i did .. i just need some1 to fix up my diet and help me minimize the muscle loss part so i dont make the skin sag worse.
Hate to tell you but you absolutely were not losing a pound or two a day. It sounds like your making big assumptions and guesses.

I think that you are not paying attention to, or keeping track of anything at all and everything that you post comes from your best guess. Problem is that your best guess dont fit with the guys who have been there done that. That old guy is me bro. few years back. Yeah he was on test,deca and eq. 250 sus, 200cyp,200deca,700 eq. But the gear is not what did it. It was strict lifestyle, no fucking around with any bad habits. A very disciplined life is what gives you that look,.. not floating around in a boat with no anchor...up, down, north, south, ...no...put the anchor down. You need stability in your life and a whole lot of discipline. See how easy it is to say a guy looks good cause he is on gear? You are doing the same thing the general public does. Yet you used gear. So why don't you look like that? I guess that leaves out gear doesn't it? You better do some self searching and decide what you want, cause right now you are all over the place. firstly Respect to a physique like that in your age , its true i said it was gear ...because he was comparing me with you ..however i said you have a great body and fit ..and i guess thats good for you .. tell me about the hard work ..i was once 235 pounds and lost over 50 pounds ..i know to achieve something you need hard work and dedication ..it doesnt come over night ..and if it was easy anyone wouldve done it ..anyway i came here for advice not to argue with people ...but to be honest some people think they know everything ..that guy who posted above .. is acting like he is living inside my body ..he doesnt want to believe that when i start dieting i can drop a pound or 2 in a day ...but he saying its impossible ..really this is funny..anyway your like my dads age so i should give you the same respect ..and sorry for that.

Ok look bro. My one last thing. A fast metabolism is one in which you cannot hold weight on. I have that. At 6'2 my body wants to weigh about 188. I have been lifting for a half century, and you know what my weight is? 192-197! If I go on a bulking diet and use all of the heavy hitters..the trens, the halos,adrol etc...I can get all the way to 208-213 or so. One time on trenA, trenE and halo I hit a whopping 214. That means I am not a monster big dude. I get off of juice and work my ass off then I go to 197-199lb. See? That is what a fast metabolism is. So when I started lifting 50 years ago I was around 182 and finally got to 192. The times when I got over 200 were friggin what I call...moments. So even when I hit 200lbs I look skinny in clothes. I never ever look big. When shirtless I am muscular, and look big in a picture, but 6'2 and 195 just is not a huge dude. See what I am saying? You do not have the same problem that I have, so you need to forget about the fast metabolism deal. If I could eat enough to stay at 200-205 I would. If I could stay at 210 I would love that too, but my metabolism will not allow it Ok? Just trying to explain what a fast metbolism is.

Because people lie all the time bro. Guys say thry are 240 and 8% all the time when in reality they arelike 210 and 18% bf w a shit diet. They lie to get the answer they want. That doesnt help anyone. You are probly more than 23% bf. A month a go u were not 10%. Your diet looks that of a bulking one het you only have three meals. That will slow your metabolism even further. You should be eating like 5 small meals to cut. When i say small i mean like 5 egg whites in the am. Thats it. Then meal two 5 oz grilled chicken with 1 cup steamed veggies. Then post workout a shake with water only. Then a nother small meal a couple hours earlier like 1 - 4oz can of tuna and a few pieces of raw vegg loke carrots and celery. Then another small meal. Definatly not fatty steak.

You do not get loose skin unless you loose over 50lbs.If you had skin sag then it will re-adjust. If you lost enough weight to get skin sag and yet you have a fast metabolism then why are you fat now????
