I have been lurking for a while, enjoying all the informative posts and videos, still got a lot to learn but wanted to say thanks to everyone.
I'm not quite ready for the dark side yet but i am considering it for the future. I am a 50 year old ex squadie who has trained on and off for many years, with the occasional break for bouts of sex, drugs and rock & roll as I am currently sitting at about 15% bf I would like to get down to 10 or 11 before looking at my options, so will keep plugging away for now and enjoying the great content on here. Thanks again everyone.
