I’m planning out my next cycle, & wanted to get some opinions on what I have figured. I’m a 38 year old male, 5’10, 205 lbs., 14% BF. My last cycle was Test E, Deca, & Anavar, which finished in July. I’m looking to put on as much lean muscle as possible, (maybe 10-15lbs.), with minimal water and fat. I was thinking about running the following;
Weeks 1-6 T-bol kicker (50mg ED)
Weeks 1-15 Test E (500 mg)
Weeks 8-15 Primo (600mg)
Weeks 1-12 Deca (400)
Weeks 4-18 Dostinex (.5 mg every 2 weeks)
Weeks 4-17 HCG (250 iu E3D)
Weeks 4-23 Nolvadex (20mg ED)
Weeks 17-23 Clomid (100/50/50/50)
Weeks 1-17 Lipid Stabil (3 caps ED)
Weeks 1-15 Liver Stabil (Daily recommended dose)
Weeks 1-23 Fish oil (4g ED)
Weeks 1-23 Milk Thistle (2 caps ED)
I currently take in 3,200-3,600 calories a day, (3,200 being on my off days), with my macros at 40/40/20 Protein/carbs/fat, & I go hard at the gym for 2 hours/day/5days a week. I don’t do much cardio, but will probably add some while on cycle. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
