I hope you are well.
I have a few questions that I'm nervous to ask.
I have been on TRT for 3 years ( medically controlled and dispensed ) of 200mg / week of test cyp
Starting last December I started adding ( on my own a 250 mg /week of test enanthate
So totally I take about 450 mg of test a week.


I have been on that pattern for 5 months now

I'm also taking Truvada

I know all these are toxic to the liver but I also use an extensive list of supplements
1 pill : probiotics
6 milk thistle
5 saw palmetto
1 red yeast extract
1 turmeric
2 biotin
1 animal pak
2 forskalin plus
3 algae 900 dha
1 coq10
Spirulina
Hulled hemp seed and chia seeds

I decided Starting May 5 , After orderimg dianabol , susta and decadurabolin to upgrade my cycle but I'm very scared

A few details about my life ;

I was obese all my life till the age of 19. My max weigh was 249 lbs ( fat no muscle )
I had a gynécomastia that I had surgery for when I was 17
I had a tummy tuck ( medical necessity ) when I was 19.

All my life I struggled to lose weight.
I remember my parents sent me to hospitals for weight management because of my heavy weight.
My dream was to have abs and have a good body and I promise you I'm very close to my goal.
BUT over the past few years ( maybe because of the trt ) I can hardly gain weight no matter how hard or often I workout ( 6 times a week at the gym and bicycle is my only means of transportation ) and no matter how much I eat. Also according to my Apple Watch I burn around 1300 calories a day
My body Is toned and its fine but it's not as great as I want it to be


DONT GET ME WRONG, I've achieved amazing results on my body from being 250 lbs at 16 y.o of fat down to 165 lbs ( that was my lowest ) when I reached 21 years old. gym and weight training did help me get a better body and I think I do have a decent body ( almost proportionate ) I also learned how to eat clean food and even tho I do have slip ups once In a while I try to stay on track.

My questions are the following ;

I'm now stuck at 178 -180lbs ( even with the TRT of test cyp and test enanthate total 450 mg a week I take )

1- Do you think adding dbol , sust and deçà would be beneficial to me to get to 195-200lbs ( I am only 5"9,5 tall). I do not wish to look like a balloon just to see the scale hit the 200lbs mark. I want my body to look proportionate.



2- since I already got surgery for gynécomastia do I still need to do a PCT and which would you recommend ?
Clomid. Aromasin? Novaldex , HgH ? Gw501516?

3- I eat on average 4000-5000 calories a day with a couple of weight gainers shakes a day but no matter what my training. ( I usually train once a day 60-70 min weight 1 body part per session and then 20 min of abs and 10 min stretch at the end of my sesssion.

I train legs only once a month only because of all the bike I do And also because my legs with my chest now are my strongest body parts.

I take pre workout powders ( that make me sweat like crazy when I workout ) then amino acid powder during or right after my workout and finally right after the workout I take a pro gainer shake and an hour after I take my meal.


I have done a couple cycle over 20 years (I probably did 5 cycle that were very weak ) and not really studied or planned out like I'm planning this one

After the first cycle , I put on 20 lbs or pure fat that took me forever to get rid of but I did ( I was 23-24 y o)

The last cycle in date last summer was sustanon and masteron and tren ( one bottle of each ) as welll as my usual doctor prescription of test cyp at 200mg a week.


The 2 , 3 , 4 and allowed me to gain 7-8 lbs but a couple weeks after completing each cycle I would lose strength , and muscle tone and muscle mass almost instantly and would go back to 170 lbs

I also never done any PCT In the past which could explain the loss of gain.

I'm 39 year old today 180 lbs and 14 BF and even though i come a long way from the obese kid i was all my life i feel like i have a lot to achieve before I get to my dream goal.

Would you please help me / guide me I feel you are very knowledgeable and I listen to your YouTube clips that i love but sometimes I get lost.

The fact that you ask about PCT shows you don't have a fucking clue what you are doing

Bro...you are sooo far off the chart....just stop this nonsense...return to your TRT...which my gut tells me you got from a TRT mill without a proper diagnosis of being hypogonadal
You need to educate yourself about steroids and their proper use
You have HUGE holes in your diet and training....without fixing that...no amount of
AAS with help you in your goals
 
Bro, why the fuck did you add your own test to your trt for that long?? Do you have any idea what that will do to your body long term? You don't need to be adding anything. You need to drop down to try asap and get bloodwork!
 
you are way way way past reckless man... seriously... you need to stop this nonsense immediately and start actually caring about your health because its about to be gone... there's a reason people are ALL reacting the way they are to your post and more people would be responding if it were not a novel... you need to STOP being out of control... get your bloodwork done immediately and then let me see it so i can actually attempt to help you fix this catastrophe...
 
TRT was actually given by a renown endocrinologist and was actually a medical necessity , only done after a series of blood work and being diagnosed as hypogonadal...not out of a convenience .

what are the holes in my diet and exercise then ?
 
that was march 23 blood work... while only on (test cyp 200 + test enan 250 ) a week...

all other test are normal ( liver function included )

I know I'm just going to get an argument and attitude because we're all 100% wrong but ....

OP do you realize that eating 5,000 calories a day and not gaining weight is impossible unless you have a SERIOUS medical condition.

You can't seriously think continuing to add reckless amounts of juice are going to help.

On top of that;

A) 6 times a week training could be over training. That's counter productive.
B) Throw away the Apple watch
C) What are all those supps doing for you?
D) You train legs one a month and can't understand why you don't gain weight? You neglect HALF of your body and cant put 2 & 2 together?
E) Never done a PCT? WHY?
