Heart health

Been thinking about life and such lately. And I don't mean to sound irrational. In my family, there is a history of heart health issues on one side of my family. Had some blood pressure issues recently but I honestly believe they were related to some stress issues going on at the moment, got it back down to 118/78.
But all that has gotten me thinking. Should I be concerned with gear use? I'm at a low Trt dose right now, and the highest I've ever gone was 200mg of test cyp every week. I just had my blood work done and all lipids were in range. And Ive used some trestolone and var, both with very conservative doses.
Would any of you guys be concerned with longterm, responsible use of test with having a family history of heart issues?

I would say that you are fine. Your blood speaks the truth. If your bp is that good while on trt then not to worry! Your 200mg test is a modest dose that has good effects vs side effects.

Thanks, the 200 is only once or twice a year. I'm only on 100 every 5 days Trt now. I guess I'm just looking for some piece of mind.

I'd look into taking some Hawthorne berry and celery seed extract if your concerned. I take it and it has kept me from going on rx drugs.

thats really impossible to say bro... being that you have had issues in the past, its always a concern... we can all say yes and no but ultimately, who truly knows how it will effect you long term... you may have several issues or you may have none... it may not even correlate to use... since there is a history... just continue to take care of yourself... make sure you are doing plenty of cardio and take heart health and cardiovascular supplements as well...

If you're worried just take some good natural supplements regularly that help maintain good cardiovascular health like cayenne, arginine, etc. tart cherry, pomegranate...

With the doses you run, I personally would not worry about the gear making anything worse. Now, if it runs in your family it is definitely something you need to watch, but I don't see adding 100-200mg of test per week to make anything any worse.

I would worry much more about making sure you have a good diet structure, and control the main factors that would substantially raise your risk

I will, and have been on some of the ones mentioned, recently had a baseline ekg done, doc said all came back normal too, I'm otherwise healthy, just concerned about the future is all. I'm trying not to put too much stock into my dads issues.
Thanks guys for your input. I do feel better about things, having a place to come and talk to guys about this kind of stuff really helps

This is the conclusion that I'm coming too

A great natural way to lower BP is apple cider vinegar. You take two table spoons in a glass of water three times a day. I use to have a little high Bp 135-140/90 but since starting apple cider vinegar over 10 years ago my BP is almost always 115-120/70-80.

And also fish oil is very good for the heart and overall health. I take a tablespoon morning and night. The heart is not something to mess around with so keep an eye on your health and see a doctor if at all concerned.

Fish oil should absolutely be a staple for everyone involved in this lifestyle. It offers so many wonderful benefits

I'll give this one a try, usually have a gallon of the braggs Apple cider vinegar around the place anyways.
And fish oil is a staple for me indeed, even before all this, my hdl has always been a bit low without it

Definitely try out the apple cider vinegar. Braggs is good, the one with the "mother". That, fish oil, and white tea are staples for me.

Here's a quick shortcut from new school docs if you are at risk, divide your triglycerides by your HDL, if you are at 3-1 or less you're good. Over and you need to do a little work. Nothin better than high EPA/DHA fish oil to drop tri levels
