all the threads i read or videos i watched are about long test esters - Dylans advice is to use it last 4 weeks prior to PCT at 1000ui dosage/week
but how about short ester ? is it the same ?

it depends... if you are just running an 8 week cycle, i wouldn't use it at all... not necessary... i really dont like it at all but it has a place in a small window on a cycle... if your running a 10 week short ester, then run it the last four weeks right up until you start pct... if 8 weeks, i would avoid it altogether...

its actually 12 week cycle so im gonna use it last 4 weeks as you said between test prop shots
and how about my second question - how many days after my last HCG shot i supposed to start PCT ? 3-4 days right?

on a short ester cycle, 3 is the most you should wait... i generally start 2-3 days after... so run hcg weeks 9-12... pct starts 13-16 and MAKE SURE you have the proper pct... i see far too many running complete shit pct's and it costs you your gains and recovery... here is the link to purchase the entire pct stack followed by the layout... when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for... GW and MK prevent the rise in cortisol... not only that but they keep you performing at a level you were while on cycle being the ultimate performance enhancers they are... on top of the fact that mk2866 is the ultimate for healing and recovery, which is imperative in pct as well as keeping strength up to a very high level... gw will also treat cholesterol and blood pressure, which are definitely things that need addressed in pct as well…

yes, you are completely fine to use it in pct... ONE thing to consider is running s4 with winstrol... its such a sick combo... you will thank me later... otherwise everything looks and sounds great
you can start right after man... no break needed..next time will try it out
i got 1 more for you: when can i start my SARM bridge after i finish my 4 week PCT ? should i wait few weeks or start it right after ?
