I have been following your YouTube and sarms site I have a question I got inured November 2015 had bicep, and rotator cuff repair in December 2015 it was a long recovery and many days of surgery I lost some motivation and felt sluggishness for months and gained a ass load of weight literally LOL I'm 43 5'6" and weigh 240 I'm wanting to just take a 12 to 14 wk cycle of gw501516 I have only been back to work for 2 months now and I do concrete construction it's physically demanding job and I want that drive and motivation endurance I'm not looking to be big Hercules I just want to shape up would a good diet and gw501516 and a physical demanding job be sufficient my ideal weight is 155 for my height would like some input thank you for all your videos and knowledge you have
 
A recomp of lgd,s4,sr, and gw for cycle would fit well I would think. Taking it to the next level, add rad and osta

1-16 sr9009 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart

No offense to you guys rick and Dylan, but I spent 5 years in construction, and you need to be strong as hell. Especially concrete work. Its like being in the gym 5 hours a day.

GW will help for endurance, but thats about it. You'll need a lot of muscle power behind it.

You need a super heavy duty recomp.

lgd, S4, osta, rad, gw, and SR. So you'll peel all that fat off and be building a shit load of muscle underneath it. You'll thank me for it later when you pack on 7-10pds of muscle most likely.
