Cardarine GW should be taken orally, and only the liquid form is the real one. There are some suppliers selling fake SARMs in pills, but you should stick to the real ones in liquid form. Drop it into you mouth, and then chase down with some juice to kill the aftertaste. Don't put it into a glass, as some of it may stick to the glass walls.
