I'm new here, but I've come across some good information. I've done a bit of research and I have taken Ostarine & Cardarine before....however, it was in pill form and I'm certain I wasn't taking it correctly, dosage wise. Here's where I'm at, I'm 5'3", 278lbs with a lean body mass of 140. I'm a power lifter and am 4 months post partum. I've been back into training since 6 wks post partum. I'm looking to cut while maintain/gain muscle mass and strength. I do eat clean and train 4-5 days/week faithfully.

Here's my questions:
1) How long should I run a cycle of MK and GW? I know to take GW(20mg/day, 30 min prior to workout) and MK(12.5mg/day in am for the first 2 wks, then up to 25mg/day), just don't know the appropriate amount of weeks to be on/off.

2) I purchased them both in liquid form from Striker Labs. From what I have researched, they seem to be a credible company. Do you have any experience or personal opinions of this company?

3) Is there any other advice you would give me for the goals I'm trying to accomplish?

1-12 GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 mk2866 12.5 mg per day the first two weeks then bump to 25 mg per day, dosed once a day in the a.m.

That's about my luck. Can you recommend a few companies I could use??

Also, with those dosages, how many consecutive weeks can I run them?
