getting rid of steroid induced acne

hi guys ,acne is one of the side effects from taking steroids and I'm here to get an advice on how to get rid of it, I have been rinsing my face and back with special soap, it has improved but still I can not get rid of it completely, any suggestions? thanks.

Tanning bed 10mins twice per week and take a dip in a chlorine laced pool (they all are) that gets rid of backne

Sun tanning is indeed very effective. It may seem like a very simple thing, but I have personally experienced great improvements with sun tanning. Also, you can use black ointment and coconut oil - they help a lot against acne. Finally, zinc containing creams are very effective.
