General Help needed

Hello there everyone. Im in need of some assistance. I have been reading over some threads here for a couple days and as well as watching some videos on youtube of Dylan Gimelly (forgive me if thats spelled wrong) I have been in the gym for months after a very long stint of sitting on my couch doing 12 ounce curls and eating lost of chips and salsa. Im seeing good steady progress of things improving. I have some friends thats trying to recommend I take a number of things which many of you discuss on here. My problem is when I ask them questions they know basicly nothing about what they are taking. I also have a fear of purchasing these products and getting ripped off. Now keep in mind please that I have a basic knowledge of workout routines and nutrition but I have no knowledge about the things I need to know in order to step into this world. Im 32 years old and am wanting to get into alot better shape other than a growing round shape im currently getting away from.

Im 32
Weight 255-258 depending on which gym scale I use
I beleive my body fat is around 32%

My ultimate long term goal is obviously much bigger muscles then I currently have with a smaller waist and just lean all the way around.

My short term current goal is to get rid of this fat and do some cutting so that i can begin to bulk. I mean looking damn god for summer would be great right?

So with that being said what can I do to start learning how to acheive some of the things im hearing you all talk about on here as far as having these clean lean finished appearences after a cycle. It sounds exciting but I dont want to just jump in with no knowledge and obviously my friends are idiots and not any help. Im definately wanting to cut fat and build some muscle quickly would be very nice. The GW sounds like it has some good all around benefits but obviously I dont know where to start. Also do I need to worry about having any of this stuff mailed to me? Thanks guys for your time.

First I want to say welcome aboard brother! And that your head is in the right place. Your asking questions and not just diving into this without the right info.

AT 32% BF you need to be doing what you are right now. Anabolics are in the future if you choose that route but right now its about getting healthy.
Search Fat Loss and you will find a ton of good info. Dylan or Rick may suggest a Sarms (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator) stack for fat loss.
But for now you should concentrate on the gym. And remember you don't make gains in the gym only. You have to be sure to get your diet and rest in line also.

Thank you for the warm welcome! Nurition is something I changed for the better when I started on this road some months back. Even quit drinkn to try and bust through a plateau which helped some. I think im just a little more impatient than I used to be plus weight doesnt fall off me like it used to. The rest/sleep is an issue just cause of crazy work/business hours. My diet has been moving slowly more and more towards the paleo side of things since to me that diet is just easy and gives me lots of protein as long as I stick to staying on top of my protein intake daily. Im definately open to Sarms and learning more I guess its just figuring out which ones used together are gonna be the best for me?

Watch Dylan's videos on GW-501516, SR9009, and MK-2866. Those are the three j recommend for your path. One of the guys on here, Rock, was in your situation last year and has made tremendous leaps and bounds in his health and shape. Hopefully he'll stop in and say hello.
But watch those videos and once you understand a little about them, we can get you plan laid out.

First off welcome its refreshing that you didn't listen to a bunch of meatheads I was in the exact same situation as you and I can tell you, that you have a long road ahead but it can be done it is discipline, diet, work your ass off in the gym. Here is the mentality it is a marathon not a sprint so to think you will have a beach body by summer isn't far fetched but almost if you don't 100% commit to this!!! I lost 40 lbs and 8 inches in my waist in 4 months last year and am still busting it to try to get my bf% down to 15 which I started at about 35% SARMS would be a great start for you. I started with the triple stack which was great but sr9009 and rad140 wasn't available last summer they are newer to the sarms game and are incredible. Exactly what you need I will let Dylan or RickRock lay out something for you.
 
it will help also to post your diet I know you said paleo but layout what you eat everyday every meal. We are all here to support you brother welcome and look forward to your journey as we all go thru this together. any help you need let me know or any of the guys here
 
how much cardio are you doing per day or sessions per week? that is going to be key. I started at 10 mins everyday and worked up to an hour per day after about 2 months, but that is going to get that fat melted off along with gw and sr9009

Bro...welcome...you can do this! I was in the same spot as you about 2 years ago. It's imporent to change your diet, learn to love cardio and weight train. Sarms can help you as well. I know everyone is already giving advice,so I just want to give you a little support.
 
3700 is quite a bit if you are trying to cut weight and fat. but if you think you are burning 1200-1500 a day working and working out that would be about 2200 total still pretty high I know I cut mine down to 1500 when losing.

Everyone has been so super helpful and encouraging and giving me good easy to follow advice. This is by far the best place I have found for usable information. Someone mentioned a triple stack along with some other Sarms and im wandering at what point is a good time to start those things. Is there a good target bf% that I should be concentrating on or are these things I can introduce at anytime. Obviously Im not ready but Im trying to ask questions as they pop into my head.

I been watching his vids for 3 days straight as well as just reading alot of the threads on here. His vids are awesome and very very informative. He gives a lot of information and breaks it down to the point I can understand it. I'm still left with questions at the end of the vids but most of my questions just haft to do with me personally and what certain things can be best for me.
 
you can start whenever you want too bro I started at 35% bf. so whenever you wanna jump on the awesome ride. Hey brother. You are absolutely in the right place to get the right information and help you need, and you've already received some very sound advice. Of course, in your current condition the most important aspect is going to be getting the right diet plan down. I'd like you to please read through my diet and nutrition thread to get a good grasp on what you need to be doing to get yourself in line with your goals and on the right track with everything. Your training is the next important thing. Make sure you have a good resistance program going to help you build strength and muscle. Try to get at least a good 30 minutes of moderate intensity cardio 5 times per week
