Hello there everyone. Im in need of some assistance. I have been reading over some threads here for a couple days and as well as watching some videos on youtube of Dylan Gimelly (forgive me if thats spelled wrong) I have been in the gym for months after a very long stint of sitting on my couch doing 12 ounce curls and eating lost of chips and salsa. Im seeing good steady progress of things improving. I have some friends thats trying to recommend I take a number of things which many of you discuss on here. My problem is when I ask them questions they know basicly nothing about what they are taking. I also have a fear of purchasing these products and getting ripped off. Now keep in mind please that I have a basic knowledge of workout routines and nutrition but I have no knowledge about the things I need to know in order to step into this world. Im 32 years old and am wanting to get into alot better shape other than a growing round shape im currently getting away from.

Weight 255-258 depending on which gym scale I use
I beleive my body fat is around 32%
My ultimate long term goal is obviously much bigger muscles then I currently have with a smaller waist and just lean all the way around.
My short term current goal is to get rid of this fat and do some cutting so that i can begin to bulk. I mean looking damn god for summer would be great right?
So with that being said what can I do to start learning how to acheive some of the things im hearing you all talk about on here as far as having these clean lean finished appearences after a cycle. It sounds exciting but I dont want to just jump in with no knowledge and obviously my friends are idiots and not any help. Im definately wanting to cut fat and build some muscle quickly would be very nice. The GW sounds like it has some good all around benefits but obviously I dont know where to start. Also do I need to worry about having any of this stuff mailed to me? Thanks guys for your time.
