Hey guys!

I'm planning my first SARMS cycle. Here are some details of my cycle and myself.
Let me know what you think :

Sport : Oly lifting with a bit of Crossfit for cardio (Been doing this for almost 3 years but previously, I played other sports including body building in Uni and HS.
Weight 73kg
height : 173 cm
I train daily with 1-2 rest days depending on schedule.
Location : Malaysia
Goal : To be stronger (squats/push/pull movements) and shed some body fat for better overall performance. Not sure on how much stronger I should be expecting to gain, hope to get an idea, I will be doing more strength work for majority of my week - Heavy squats, deadlifts, plenty of accessory work too on upper back (much weaker relative to my lower body strength - thus need to fix this).

8 week Cycle of : (I'm aware I should be triple stacking with S4 for better effectiveness but I will stick with this for now since it's my first cycle).
Ost 25mg in the morning
GW 20mg 30 mins before workout

9-12 (I'm not sure quite sure on the dosage for my PCT, maybe I can get some help with this.
Clo - 50mg
GW - 20mg

Thanks for the help guys! Hopefully my first cycle goes well.

Oh yeah sorry forgot about that.

28 this year

Diet wise, my daily intake is usually around 120-150 gm protein with 300 gm of carbs (it’s a little high). It’s approximately 2500 calories. I am not too specific on my diet but I do make sure I get enough good carbs and enough proteins on a daily basis.

IMHO, that probably isn't the best cycle you could do. You might want to consider a 12 week cycle. Definitely add at least one more maybe lgd or rad. Your PCT looks good except weeks 2-4 you only need 25mg/day of clomid.

Get rick and dylan's opinions though....

8 weeks is stopping the cycle when they are peaking which makes no sense... that would be similar to kevin durant retiring right now while he is in his prime so you see how absurd that sounds right? you will gain great strength with mk2866 but keep in mind that s4 adds more strength than any other sarm so you are missing out on that as well... also, not sure what you expect being "not too specific" on your diet as well as knowing your carbs are too high... what exactly is the point of even running a cycle if your diet is not dialed in... you can run everything under the sun but diet is 85% of everything so what exactly would the point be?

Fair enough on the 8 week cycle, I will consider 12 week since it’s optimal :)

As for the diet, reason being I travel for work and sometimes it’s just not possible to be totally 100% clean. So hence my general reasoning is to target my proteins and carbs are covered enough. The higher carb count is taken into account for days that I travel. Hope that make sense but i understand that it isn’t 100% optimal, let me know if you think I shouldn’t even run this cycle.

Thanks for the advise though!

You can do whatever you want bro, but obviously diet is the key to everything when it comes to what type of results you have

I understand. I will try my best to moderate the diet portion as best I can.

Wish my work wasn't so travel heavy.

i understand what its like to travel etc.. ive had to do it often but i only stay at hotels with kitchens and shop at whole foods etc and make all my own food... period... i also have things pre packed that i bring with me... its just all about how serious you want to take things...

An update for y'all after 5 weeks, going into 6th week tomorrow.

So I have been on 5 weeks with OST and GW, here are some results and updates :

1. Muscles looking more defined and I am definitely looking bulkier as well and feeling stronger overall.
2. Being able to workout longer without feeling fatigue.
3. I have PR'ed on my Snatch by 5kgs, hitting my target for the year.
4. PR'ed my back squat by 16kg, keeping in mind I am doing a specialised squat program. Started the program a week earlier before I took SARMS.
5. Engine feeling better in Crossfit metcons, being able to just maintaining a higher pace throughout and going much harder than previously. (Pacing extremely important in Crossfit)
6. Heartburn on my first week of my cycle was torture. I am very susceptible to heartburn and gastritis. So I had only take them with meals. On off days or early morning workouts, I split my Cardarine into 2 separate doses and take the Ost during lunch instead. That fixed it.
7. I don't feel as achy as I usually do when I am doing high volume strength programs, definitely has helped with recovery.

Hope you like the updates.

Excited for further results as I hit the peak of the cycle as I close in on the 8th week mark. Planning to extend it to 12 week as suggested by Dylan.

Thanks bros! :)
