Thanks for the comments & encouragement guys.Today is my long cardio day.I just got done doing 80 min. of HIIT.That's 20min more than usual.
bro thats a HUGE improvement... i mean thats WAY more than significant... when you see number improvements like that it almost leaves you scratching your head in disbelief... i remember so long ago the very first time i ran gw... i was running right around 6 miles a day and on my best days i was doing 7.5 but generally it was 6 every day... the second day i was on gw i was not even winded at 7.5 miles and i honestly wast that bad at 10 miles but i stopped because i was honestly scared LOL... it was a realm of unknown but my output just became unreal the entire cycle... it was just unbelievable at the time... you will see as you continue bro..
