Hey dose anyone have some comments or suggestions on Getting more cut without losing size. Also I am managing Low T at 54 years of age and while I still workout I'd like to know if anyone have any advice on products or what I can do to manage that and stay lean. I'm 5'11" and weigh 197 I have been training for years but fine it difficult to drop 10 to 12 pounds while maintaining muscle. Like to here anyone's thoughts.
