First Cycle

Will do. At work right now but will post some up when I get home. Thanks

Get an accurate BF test too. I'm not crazy about you being 150 with that BF and looking to run a cycle. I'm the same height & age as you and I weigh more than 150 and JUST competed last week. Sounds like your diet needs work and if fixed will add some mass.

Will work on getting an accurate BF test this week. I've tried posting some pics per NY ROBO request but am not having any luck with. Damn thing keeps saying upload failed and have even compressed the file and still will not work. Will work on getting pics.

This is just to give you an idea of my diet. I would try to eat as much as I could but usually stopped when I started feeling full. Looking around for diet I was seeing plans that call for 8oz of this and that and honestly there's no way I could eat all of that in one meal and I didn't want to be all bloated feeling after I ate. I know you have to eat to help you grow.

Before breakfast (6am)

30g whey protein
1 scoop muscletech platinum creatine

Breakfast (7am)

1cup liquid egg whites
11/4 cup oatmeal (would try to eat all)
8oz orange juice
JYM multivitamin
5g L-glutamine
Fish oil

Workout (usually only have to time for about an hr to 1.5hrs)
C4

Postworkout (9 or 930am)
1 scoop BPI BEST BCAA
Muscletech Mass Tech weight gainer (16oz w/water)
Either rice cakes or a banana
5g of creatine
5g L-glutamine

Lunch (12pm)

chicken breast w/spinach leaves (would try to eat 8ozs but I normally just eat until I start to feel full)
1 small potatoe
RSP Lean Omega Fish oil

Meal 4 (3pm)

Ground Turkey (93% lean) 6oz
1cup brown rice
1 slice whole wheat bread

Meal 5 between (6-7pm)

Either porkchops, grilled stew meat, just some form of beef
1 slice of cheese
2 slices whole wheat bread
piece of fruit - apple or canteloup

Meal 6 (usually around 1030pm)

Casein protein shake

I also would eat broccoli, beats, and other veggies as well. Depending on my schedule, sometimes one of my meals was replaced with another 16oz shake.

Your diet looks pretty good but if you're at that BF% only eating that and not cheating I would probably drop some carbs starting with the bread and then adjust from there. Personally would add some more fats and drop the weight gainer as well.

Thanks. Yeah the bf% is kinda up in the air right now and I ran out of the weightgainer and wasn't going to replace it.

Thanks DG, very helpful info. To answer your question about the dbol, it was recommeded to help me bulk. I was told it would help kickstart my workouts and help me add mass since the test doesn't kick in until like the 6th week or so I've been told. That's the only reason I was going to do it.

yeah bro, you dont want to be bulking when your body fat is already elevated... that makes no sense so whoever recommended it to you clearly does not know what is best for you to be doing so i would be very hesitant to listen to said person

Dylan, would this layout also work for an 8wk cycle as well? That was my original plan but I was told it's best to run atleast 12wks. I have not researched any of this yet but I only ask about the 8wk vs 12wk or longer because I heard your body recovers quicker or better on a 8 wk cycle . Is there any truth to that?

LOL more bro science... bro if you run a hardcore 8 week cycle or a lighter 12 week, there s no difference in suppression whatsoever... more bull shit... LOL for fucks sake... you dont run long esters 8 weeks... thats completely stupid... you dont use short esters like test prop on a first cycle because its too much pinning... whoever is advising is going to get you fucked up...

OK, right off the bat if you "can't finish a meal" that's a bigger problem than deciding on anabolics.

I have a few issues with your diet;

I would drop the following right away:

Drop the orange juice in meal 1 (too much sugar, use Crystal Light)
Drop the Muscle tech, their products are loaded with sugar and shakes really should be used as a last resort & never in place of solid food
Drop the bananas and rice cakes, too much non beneficial sugar and carbs
Drop the whole wheat bread
Drop the pork chops; c'mon dude pork chops are LOADED with fat and salt. Lean red meat is the only acceptable red meat; top round, eye of round, top sirloin

Broccoli can cause bloating, I like the use of a green vegetable but you may want to consider asparagus, green beans, more spinach, or I use cucumbers.

There may be some other issues at play here, your body might be a little unique in what you can or can't eat with positive results. You need a qualified nutrition expert to do an analysis and determine a plan that works for you. And then make the appropriate changes when needed.

this is every single point i would have brought up (you will see that ez and i think very much alike on a lot of things)... every single thing ez brought up, even with the muscle tech, are all the same... these are all easily replaceable as well... get some zuchini, muschrooms, peppers, spinach etc... there's plenty of strong options... get some plain greek yogurt fat free... extra protein... low sodium cottage cheese, leaner meats... get 97% lean ground turkey from jenni-o... they make it... try pork tenderloin as opposed to some of the other meats you listed... have a filet steak once a week and alternate with chicken, pork tenderloin, fish... get different products for your protein.. all max, cellucor, these are two good ones to pick or true nutrition on their website where you design your own... make these tweaks and you'll see a huge difference...

^^^ Hell Yea...

Joco, you can get very creative with nutrition and still eat well. Using Dylan's example of Greek yogurt; in offseason I sometimes use Greek yogurt, natty peanut better, and protein powder mixed together. Eat it like ice cream. Delicious and fits in to a bulking diet without unnecessary calories.

Joco, I would reach out to Dylan and have him set up a specific diet program for you. He can tell you what amounts of what to eat in each meal and make the appropriate adjustments as you go.

yes, these tweaks made are going to make a HUGE difference

Damn now I'm craving that Greek yogurt, natty peanut better, and protein powder thing....
