Hey guys, new to the forum and hoping to get some sound advice.

I'm 40yrs old, 5'8" and 150lbs and 15%bf according to the calculations via the internet. Looking at running a test e250 cycle for 12wks and dbol for 4wks. I've had some people say just run the test alone and others say run it with the dbol. Any opinions?

I haven't had much time to navigate through the forum but I did see some sources on here. I'm assuming that they are legit or they would not be here. My question regarding sources, do most require a min order?

the sources on here are legit

some do require a min , some don't, get ur body fat at down a lil more (13%) before you run something , and I personally would stay away from an oral on my first cycle , stick with the 250mg/week of test e

also hope you have a proper pct with SERMS and a cycle ancillaries
 
Was planning on running nolva and adex. Honestly, was not informed about serms or ancillaries. Was just advised to run nolva and adex and to just have adex on hand in case it was needed.

nolvadex is a serm.
 
SERMS and SARMS are two different things , I think you just got them confused my man :p
 
Lol, I'm new to all this, like I said and have been researching and reading so much over the past several weeks it all is running together and honestly, can get a bit confusing. Sorry for the ignorance.

1. why on earth would you run dbol when your body fat is already high... thats basically the worst thing you could pick... just drop that from your thoughts

2. adex is not what you need, you need aromasin

3. your pct needs HUGE work, which i will fix

4. we will add some sarms to your cycle with test only... only one steroid on your first cycle...

Thanks DG, very helpful info. To answer your question about the dbol, it was recommeded to help me bulk. I was told it would help kickstart my workouts and help me add mass since the test doesn't kick in until like the 6th week or so I've been told. That's the only reason I was going to do it.

once you have a little more cycles under your belt and a lower body fat, go ahead, you don't want to introduce your body to all this at once on your first cycle.
also test e will kick in 4th week

marathon , not sprint

Dbol is very wet and gives wet gains which you don't want in your current condition. Your best bet is to run the layout Dylan gave you. The sarms also will help you out and instead of dbol, I would add LGD to your cycle from sarmsx and run that the whole 12 weeks. That is very good Kickstart to your cycle without the water and bloat from dbol

Dylan, would this layout also work for an 8wk cycle as well? That was my original plan but I was told it's best to run atleast 12wks. I have not researched any of this yet but I only ask about the 8wk vs 12wk or longer because I heard your body recovers quicker or better on a 8 wk cycle . Is there any truth to that?

honestly I would not run a long ester of test for only 8 week, then again it would obviously make your body recover quicker because you are putting less artificial hormones in it, but truly just stick with 10-12 so you get the most out of it
 
i was thinking the same. probably going by pics or some hieght/ wieght ratio which is NOT accurate

You are exactly right. It was based off of height/weight ratio calculator from several different websites. Did not figure that was very accurate. I'm really not a big guy that's why I'm looking to bulk up and try to add some size/mass/strength. I'm only a buck 50 at 5'7"ish, 5"8 with a 31" waist, if that helps any. Actually have an athletic build. Stay really active, no couch potatoe here.

You can't run a long Ester of test only 8 weeks. That's too short. Besides that the sar,s are meant to be ran 12 weeks for best results also. Stick to the 12 week plan
