First cycle

Hey, Dylan. good to meet you. I've watched a lot of your vids. I'm gonna try and keep this short n' sweet. I'm on my first cycle. I'm only on my very first week in. I'm naturally 205lbs right now. 6'3, 9% body fat. I'm only doing test at 500mg. I have Aromasin and Arimadex on hand. And I want to take the Aromasin like you said over ther Dex.
But my question is: do I take the 12.5mg dose every other day this early in the cycle and through the life of the cycle in its entirety along with pct?
I know the dose range varies, but I thought I'd start at a happy medium.

I would start at 12.5mg EOD and then adjust based on how you feel and on your mid cycle bloodwork...

yes, you run it the entire time... 12.5 mg every other day is generally the starting point and usually is spot on for most but there are always exceptions and thats why bloodwork is imperative

You start it from day one of the cycle and straight through pct. you don't want estrogen to rise on you quick, which it will starting after your first injection
