Hi Dylan,
I enjoy weight training and have done so for 7 years now (I am 29 years old) I have seen some progress over the years, with the help of a good diet and various supplements but I have always suffered with relatively low muscle definition, despite my hard work and diet. It was suggested to me that my testosterone levels may be naturally low, which would coincide with the fact that I've never had much facial hair.
Friends and colleagues suggest I use a small dosage cycle of test prop... I have done my research on the internet but I find it very confusing and conflicting.
Please could you clearly construct a beginners cycle for me, along with a PCT cycle, so that I know exactly when and what to take?

friends and colleagues??

bro, don't listen to other people. you need to go get your blood tests done and see a doctor if you have low T, then they can prescribe you TEST. but you need blood tests to determine the real problem. (if there is a problem at all)
test prop is NOT for TRT btw, that is dumb

your "friends and colleagues" are going to get you hurt.. you dont even know if you have a condition.. you cant determine that by "how you feel" without bloodwork confirmation.. i would never advise you to use steroids without seeing if there was even an issue first... what are your full stats? age/height/weight/body fat? what exactly are your goals? whats your definition of hard work and diet ? here is a link to the blood test you need to get.. http://www.privatemdlabs.com/lp/Female_Hormone_Testing.php

What are you experiencing that makes you think your test levels are low? You can't go by feel and you sure can't go by thinking you aren't making enough progress in the gym. Usually that is corrected by getting your training and diet dialed in.

If you suspect things you can always go get tested but you never want to just start taking test because you think you are low without knowing. At your age, more than likely your levels are great but get tested to find out for sure.
