Im 22 and about to start my first cycle.

Ive chosen superdrol only

3 week cycle initially

Week 1
Day 1 10mg
Day 2 10mg
Day 3 10mg
Day 4 20mg
Day 5 20mg
Day 6 20mg
Day 7 off

Week 2 : 20mg/day
Week 3 20mg/day

Pct 3 weeks

Clomid
Nolvadezlx
Tribulus testerris
Liver support

During cycle
Liver support milk thistle
Liv52
Fish oils

And im on a ketogenic diet
 
I didn't cycle till I was 30. You're only fucking yourself up and not maximizing your full potential. Have some patience and put in some hard work before you starting taking a bunch of drugs.

That's a shitty cycle anyways. If you're going to do it, do it right the first time.

oh man... i have my face buried in my palms right now... bro, STOP, PLEASE... you are setting yourself up for such a bad scenario and experience for a very long time... first of all, beyond the extremely poor choice of cycle, you are way too young to use steroids... im not nor do i ever advise steroid use to someone your age.. you have no clue the mistake you are making and you most certainly can do this cycle, but your going to learn a very very bad lesson and its going to effect you for the rest of your life... not to mention, superdrol only??? you have lost it on that... you absolutely should not run an oral only cycle of superdrol nor any other oral... you better have test with superdrol or your going make something that is already bad in terms of side effects, even worse... you need to take a big step back and reassess before you make a big mistake... you have alternatives but i need your stats??? age/height/weight/body fat? goals from the cycle?

If you are only 4 days into it, just stop now before you do any more damage. You are too young, your bodyfat is too high, and you are too undersized for steroids right now. Also we never recommend oral only cycles and superdrol is one of the worst possible. Your pct is far from complete as well.

At your higher bodyfat, you need to look at more of a Recomp than just adding muscle. You really need to get that bodyfat down. What does your diet look like? That's a great place to start

My best recommendation is a sarms stack. That can be perfect for helping you Recomp to drop bodyfat and build lean muscle mass at the same time. Here is a great stack for you. Make sure you get your SARMS from www.sarmsx.com

Get your diet and cardio lined up to achieve fat loss. Just not eating carbs does not necessarily guarantee going keto. Excess protein can lead you out of keto also
