First cycle for lean,51 year old male

So now i'm over 50, and not intending to ever compete in triathlon events or swim meets, i've no problem now with steroids. Never used them before ever, so intending to go simple and keep the dose light.

My goal is to gain ~ 14lb of lean muscle

Heres the plan . . .

12 weeks on Test Enanthate
starting at 250mg for 4 weeks, then increase to 500 max (IF no side effects !)

Nolvedex on hand, in case of side effects.

2 weeks clean, observation . . . followed by

3 weeks Nolvedex and Clomid

Some thoughts, my metabolism must be on the high side, force feeding is my default just to maintain weight . . . also i can lose weight absolutely no problem. I'm a pescatarian, & a real foodie so eating healthy is never a problem. Training wise, i tend to keep the reps at the high end (lighter weights) just to go easy on the joints. Always stretch out for 20 minutes post workout then go to the sauna, as i'm not naturally flexible.

My stats are Height 5' 10, Weight 159lb, Body fat 13%, no medication or illness (aside from shoulder ache), resting heartbeat 50 bpm, no male pattern balding (yet)

What do you guys think ?
 
I would keep an actual AI on hand (e.g. Arimidex, Aromasin, etc) for helping with any estrogen related sides while on cycle rather than relying on Nolva there, but otherwise, seems fairly sane.
 
Thanks p0nb1k1, yes i see both of those advertised on pharmacomstore and yes i'll get one of them in advance . . . . (reckon a side effect like gyno would make me a little agitated if i had to wait on the mail)
 
you have to get reasonable here man... you are not going to gain 14 lbs of lean muscle... its just not even reasonable whatsoever... most people are not going to advise you steroid use at 159 lbs at your height either... thats your call... you are 50 years old and going to do whatever you want and i completely understand that... im just telling you what would be wise and what not and its not generally wise to use steroids when you are that undersized at your height.. but you do whatever you feel you want to do...
 
Thanks Dylan, i appreciate your concern. From past experience of training 5 days / week in the gym, i once managed to get up to 11st 12 . . . . force feeding uncomfortably. I don't grudge time in the gym, in fact i've always enjoyed it as part of my life. But the constant stuffing food in just gets to be a constant issue. 14lb of lean muscle ? well thats a goal, if don't get there i wont beat myself up, but like to have something to aim at. I promise i wont go crazy.
 
its good to have goals, absolutely... i just want you to be realistic on what you will get from one cycle...
