Hello forum! Greetings from Norway.

I'm a male, 24 years old, 12% BF, 178CM tall, 80kg. Been working out for a good 5 years now; haven't been as dedicated as I should have, but I have by no means slacked. I'm not looking for an 'easy' way - this is mainly because I want to enhance my gains, and shoot through my goals. Also, being a type 1 Diabetic I have always struggled with visceral fat around my midsection (hence why I want to try a cycle of Anavar) - my diet is on point, I have 3 days of heavy resistance training and two days of cardio. Core is 5 days a week.

My cycle will be

Anavar 50mg ED weeks 1-8
Test Prop 500mg (100mg EOD) weeks 1-8
HCG 500iu (250iu Monday/Thursday)

Avena Sativa 4g ED weeks 1-8
NAC 600mg Twice ED weeks 1-8
Taurine 5000mg ED weeks 1-8

PCT
Clomid 70/70/35/35
Nolvadex(Tamoxifen) 40/20/20/20

My main goal is to get shredded (I work as a bartender in a bar, where clothes quite often come off :rolleyes: ) but I also want to pack on a few extra pounds of lean mass.
Does the cycle look alright?

Anavar doesn't burn fat dude. Diet & training will get you shredded. 2 days of cardio is why you have excess fat.

What's "not as dedicated as you should have" mean?
 
I'm fully aware that it's not a fat burner. :) However Dylan Gemelli does say that it will help with getting rid of some stomach fat (I've had 5 days intense HIIT cardio routines, 1200 calories, 1800 calories, 2000, 2500 and 3000, but I still can't get rid of the midsection) I eat very clean (I'm vegan), I don't drink alcohol (at all), I consume lots of water, I sleep well, I have a physically active job where I'm on my feet for 8+ hours, I work out hard in the gym; yet I cannot for the life of me lose those last few inches around my middle. I have literally no fat anywhere else on my body, so it's really disproportionate.

Not as dedicated means that in the last 5 years I've been working out, only the last two has been with focus and a goal. Before that is was mainly to just get in shape and learn about exercise.

bro, it may burn some extra belly fat but thats when you are in the right condition and at the right time, and you are most certainly not... its not that your not in shape, but your far too young and to be honest, you have not been training long enough at all.. you even admit you only have 2 good years of training and thats not even close to enough, not to mention you are not even close to being at your genetic and natural potential and you never use steroids until you have reached that point, and my friend, you are nowhere near there... its fine to want enhancements but you must be in the right condition and at the right stage of your life... you far from the right stage and you are only going to cause yourself, serious problems... you will find that if you run steroids this young you are going to set yourself up for nothing but problems later in life...

also, steroids are not used for the purpose your using them... you do realize they are not fat burners.... clearly your diet is off if you cant get below 12 percent on your own... two things here... 1. your diet needs to be looked at and clearly fixed... 2. steroids are not the answer whatsoever to what your wanting... sarms would be the optimal option for you in cutting the fat but even with sarms, if your diet is not on point, nothing is going to help... In the morning before breakfast I take BCAA with water. Then some hours later I have a bowl of oatmeal porridge with added protein powder (45g protein), handful of raisins and goji berries and a handful of omega seeds.

For lunch, before the gym, I have a bowl of couscous.

After the gym I have a banana with some peanut butter and a protein shake (another 45g of protein)

For dinner I usually eat roasted cauliflower and broccoli, sweet potato fries and a serving of tofu. I use a 1 calorie cooking spray so I'm not overdoing on fats.

And for supper I either have another bowl of couscous, or I have two slices of amaranth and rye sourdough bread with quinoa with vegan butter and cream cheese.

Then before bed I have another serving of BCAA.

Macros are close to
Protein Grams: 136
Fat Grams: 68
Carbs Grams: 288

You don't want to mess with anavar bro. It's weak as fuck and really doesn't do shit for fat loss. It's a decent drug for females, but it's just not powerful enough for males. As Dylan said, you really are too young for steroids as it is. If you are looking to lose fat go with a sarms stack

I am not one to be stubborn about this; nor am I unwise not to follow the guide of someone who knows what they are doing. However, it's already been paid for - hopefully I can cancel the order and get refunded; if not I am not sure what to do with the products.

Here's your problem. This protocol is loaded with fat (no good fat either) and sugar. It also seems very lite on the overall calorie side which could be causing you to be a bit catabolic.

Being vegan is beyond my knowledge of how you can change this. Maybe Rick or Gymjunkie can advise on a vegan diet.

I understand man. That's why you ask these questions BEFORE making any purchases.
 
So the order couldn't be cancelled. Which means I have an order of 420 GBP (550 USD-ish) coming my way. I'm not in an environment where I can rid myself of it, nor do I know anyone who would be interested. Silly as it may be I'm one who want to try most things just once; I have no ideas of staying on gear, so I will have one 8 week cycle with 4 weeks of PCT, then I will continue as a 'contaminated natural.' I'm most likely doing this for all the WRONG reasons, but I'm just too curious to let it pass. Forgive me guys. :p

You are only consuming 135g of Protein and 280g carbs.... And you want to jump on AA's? Fix your diet first, your macros are way out of what they should be ... 135g is way low and If you wanna cut and low your bf% your macros are not adequate whatsoever

My carbs are high because I'll get hypo otherwise. :/
