Have a female friend that is looking to cut up for summer, she does not compete but has trained for 15 years naturally. She sits at low body fat year round and is looking to drop some body fat and retain muscle if not gain as well. Basically a recomp from what she’s told me. I recommended a Cardarine, ostarine and anavar stack to her. I also mentioned that females do not need a pct. is there any other recommendations on compounds or dosages that anyone could share?
