I hope everyone that cycles takes the time to watch this video. Keeping an eye on your hematocrit levels is extremely important since cycling can raise those levels quite a bit, especially with certain compounds. This is why I highly recommend regular blood donations. I do this every 8 weeks myself

i just want to make sure everyone gets a chance to see this.. many people are interested in using eq, which definitely can affect your hematocrit and you need to understand what it is and what to look out for...
